% 29.06.2015 I.A. No. 12589/2015 (u/O 23 R 3 CPC) By this joint application under Order 23 Rule 3 CPC, parties have prayed that terms of settlement agreement dated 13th May, 2015 be accepted and taken on record.

Parties further pray that in terms of para 8 of the settlement agreement computer systems be de-sealed and suit be decreed in terms of the settlement. The application has been signed by the defendants through their authorised representative Shri Deepender Sharma and plaintiff through its constituted attorney Col. (Retd.) J.K. Sharma, inasmuch as, same has been signed by their respective counsel. Parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement agreement. Accordingly, settlement agreement

dated 13th May, 2015 is taken on record and suit is disposed of in terms thereof.

Date fixed in the matter, that is, 15th October, 2015 is hereby cancelled.
