Learned counsel for the petitioner states that after the writ petition was filed the petitioner has received copy of an order dated June 30, 2016 disposing of a representation made by him concerning second financial up-gradation under the ACP scheme. Along with the order dated June 30, 2016 the petitioner has received certain documents. 2.
Counsel states that in view of the documents received, the petitioner would have to completely amend the writ petition and prays leave to be granted to withdraw the writ petition with right reserved to file a fresh W.P.(C) 6459/2016
petition on the grievance concerning non-grant of ACP and MACP benefits to the petitioner.

Disposing of the writ petition as not pressed we grant liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition with respect to petitioner's grievance of not being granted second financial up-gradation envisaged by the ACP scheme as also the second and third benefit under the MACP scheme. 4.
No costs.
