Matter could not be resolved before the Mediation Centre. 2.
During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner voluntarily offered to pay `3 lacs to the complainant without prejudice and subject to future adjustment (if any) towards dowry articles. On this, the complainant has no objection to the grant of bail.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.1049/2014 registered under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC at PS Kalyanpuri. By an order dated 22.04.2015, the petitioner was granted interim protection and was directed to join the mediation proceedings. Vide order dated 02.07.2015, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation as and BAIL APPLN. 666/2015
when required. Status report reveals that the petitioner has since joined the investigation. The matter could not be resolved before the Mediation Centre as there was certain dispute over exact payment to be made by the petitioner for settlement.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the offer of `3 lacs to be given by the petitioner, he is granted anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, he be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of `50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer with the condition that he shall pay `3 lacs by way of demand draft to the complainant without prejudice and subject to future adjustment (if any) within two weeks through Investigating Officer. He shall, however, join the investigation as and when required.

The bail application stands disposed of.
