Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he has no instructions from the appellant any more. As indicated vide proceedings dated 12.12.2018 none chose to appear on 9.7.2018 and 1.10.2018 before the Joint Registrar (Judicial) and no steps are indicated to have been taken on notice of the application CM APPL.24872/2015, 24873/2015, 24874/2015, 29328/2016, 29329/2016, 30363/2017 and 30364/2017 as detailed in the order dated 12.12.2018 as detailed vide proceedings dated 1.10.2018 which steps are indicated to have not been taken since 16.10.2017.
