O R D E R

% 07.07.2017 This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.801/2014, under Sections 323/342/384/354-A/506/34 IPC, registered at Police Station-Moti Nagar, Delhi and all proceedings emanating therefrom. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the husband of the complainant/respondent No.2 was the employee of petitioners and due to some misunderstanding arisen between the parties, a quarrel had taken place resulting into registration of FIR No.801/2014, under Sections 323/342/384/354-A/506/34 IPC at Police Station-Moti Nagar, Delhi. Counsel further submits that after the registration of the FIR, the near relatives and the friends intervened and the matter has been amicably settled between the parties in the Mediation Centre, Rohini District Courts, Delhi vide settlement deed dated 08.12.2016 and nothing remains to be adjudicated further between them and to have better relationship in near

future, the present FIR, which is coming as a hurdle in their way, may be quashed.

The respondent No.2/complainant, Smt.Pratibha is present in Court today and has been identified by the Investigating Officer SI Vikas Mudgal and represented through counsel Mr.Mithilesh Kumar Yadav.

The respondent No.2 admits that she has settled the matter amicably with the petitioners vide settlement deed dated 08.12.2016 and as per the terms of settlement an envelope containing documents was to be handed over to her. She further submits that she has received the sealed envelope containing documents. She further submits that the settlement/compromise has taken place voluntarily, without any force, pressure or coercion. She submit that nothing remains to be adjudicated further between them and she has no objection if the FIR in question is quashed.

Keeping in view the above facts and circumstances, since the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and nothing remains to be adjudicated further between them, to have peace in the personal life of both the parties and for maintaining good relationship between the parties, I deem it appropriate to quash the FIR and all its subsequent proceedings. Consequently, FIR No.801/2014, under Sections 323/342/384/354-A/506/34 IPC, registered at Police Station-Moti Nagar, Delhi and all proceedings arising therefrom are hereby quashed. Parties to remain bound by the terms of settlement dated 08.12.2016.
