Versus

UNION OF INDIA & ORS.

..... Respondents Through:

Mr. Vikram Jetly, Adv. for R-1&2.

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJIV SAHAI ENDLAW

O R D E R

% 14.03.2016 1.

The counsel for the petitioners states that the relief claimed in the petition stands satisfied and he has instructions to withdraw the petition. 2.

Dismissed as withdrawn.

3.

The counsel for the respondent No.3 Apparel Export Promotion Council (AEPC) invites attention to the orders dated 29th September, 2015 and 15th December, 2015 in CM No.11444/2015 filed by the said respondent. It is argued that the petitioners along with the petition have filed certain documents which could not have been in the custody of the petitioners and the application had been filed in this regard and the representative of the petitioners had been directed to appear before this Court in this regard. It is stated that the petitioners have not filed reply to the said application and the statement of the representative of the petitioners present today before the Court be recorded in this regard. W.P.(C) 6501/2014

4.

I am of the view that once the petition has been withdrawn, there is no need for this Court to enter into the said controversy. It shall be open to the respondent No.3 AEPC to take appropriate proceedings in this regard. No costs.
