% 14.09.2018 Petitioners seek demarcation of the subject land and in this regard, they had filed an application (Annexure P-5) way back on 9th January, 2018. Finding this application to be cryptic, petitioners are permitted to file a precise and proper application to the concerned SDM to seek demarcation of the subject land.

Petitioners' counsel submits that the said application would be filed within a week. If it is so done, then the concerned SDM shall ensure that the needful is done or in the alternate, a speaking response to the said application be given to petitioners within a period of twelve weeks, so that petitioners may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be. The concerned SDM be apprised of this order forthwith, to ensure its compliance.

With aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are disposed of.
