% 26.10.2018 Reply to the bail application has been filed. In the criminal case arising out FIR No. 20/2016 of police station Crime Branch (Central), allegations have been made against the petitioner of his involvement in offences under Sections 364A/395/342/420/468/471/120B.

The petitioner was arrested on 16.11.2016.

The investigation has already been completed and charge-sheet filed. The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly concedes cognizance on the said charge-sheet was taken and even charge was framed the case being at the stage of prosecution evidence. The complainant/victim has not yet been examined. The learned additional public prosecutor points out that the petitioner was positively identified in judicial TIP by the victim.

In these circumstances, it cannot be said that the case is wholly unfounded.
