Chopra, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 / Election Commission of India states as the grievance of the petitioner is only to the extent that the respondent should expedite the decision on the representation (s) of the petitioner, the same shall be answered by the Election Commission within four weeks from today. In view of the statement made by Mr. Chopra, Mr. N. Hariharan, learned Sr. Counsel appearing for the petitioner states, this would satisfy the grievance of the petitioner in the petition.
