% 23.07.2018 Notice. Learned APP accepts notice for respondent no.1. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 are present in Court and have been identified by SI Kapil Kumar of police station Mansarovar Park.

It is submitted that respondent no. 3 is cousin of respondent no.2. Present FIR No. 375/2013 under Sections 354A/323/341/34 IPC was registered against the petitioners at police station Mansarovar Park, on the complaint of respondent no.2. Now, with the intervention of elders in the family, petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 have settled their disputes amicably vide Compromise Deed dated 7th July, 2018, therefore, aforesaid FIR may be quashed. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 submit that they have settled

the matter with the petitioners of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, therefore, they have no objection in case the FIR is quashed.

Affidavits of respondent nos. 2 and 3 in this regard are on record at pages 19-22.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the parties voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the criminal proceedings pending.

Accordingly, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating thereform are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.

Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
