% 27.08.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has become infructuous since by subsequent order charges have been framed against the petitioner. He, thus, submitted, on instructions, that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition and instead be given liberty to take up the contentions set out in the petition by appropriate petition before the revisional forum against the order framing the charge in accordance with law.
