% 23.07.2018 Crl. M.A. No. 28294/2018 (for exemption) Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.

The application stands disposed off.

W.P.(CRL) 2181/2018 The petitioner seeks extension of parole for four weeks. It is the petitioner's case that the petitioner was granted parole for a month on 25.05.2018, however, he got released from prison on 14.06.2018, on account of an accident of his 22 years old son, who has suffered multiple fractures. The incident happened on 23.05.2018, operation was conducted thereafter and he was advised six weeks' rest, which period too has passed. In the interim, the petitioner's parole was extended for two weeks on 13.07.2018, the extension expires on 27th of this month. It is the petitioner's

plea that extension is being sought on account of his son's absolute incapacitation in movement and that he would like to assist the latter for a few days more; that earlier whenever the petitioner was granted any relief by this Court, he has never misused such liberty and has always surrendered before the Jail Authorities in time, and that his conduct in jail is stated to be satisfactory.

In view of the above, the parole of the petitioner is extended by two weeks with effect from 27.07.2018 on the same terms on which the parole was granted to him on 25.05.2018.

The petition stands disposed-off in the above terms. A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master. A copy of this order be also sent to the Jail Superintendent concerned for compliance. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
