% 04.11.2016 Plaintiff has filed the present suit for permanent injunction restraining infringement of trade marks, copyrights, passing off, dilution and tarnishment, rendition of accounts of profit, damages and delivery up etc. During the pendency of the suit, this matter was referred to the Mediation Centre. Settlement Agreement has been placed on record. The same is marked as Exhibit P-1. The settlement agreement is duly signed by the parties, their counsel as also by the Mediator.

The present suit is accordingly decreed in terms of Exhibit P-1. Interim order is confirmed.

IA.10820/2015 stands disposed of.
