Mr Tewari, Asstt. O.L., says that a sum of Rs. 20,000/- has been incurred towards expenses which has been indicated to the counsel for the petitioner.

Ms Richa Kapoor informs me that a demand draft was handed over to the OL in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- towards expenses. The compliance in this behalf is shown by Ms Kapoor by adverting to letter dated 16.03.2016, addressed to Mr Rajiv Behl, Advocate for the OL as also by relying upon the photocopy of the demand draft. A copy of the letter dated 16.03.2016 and the demand draft has been shown to me, in court, today. Mr Tewari confirms receipt of Rs. 20,000/- by way of the said demand draft.
