O R D E R
% 12.05.2017 The husband of the petitioner, Leela Devi, was missing. The petitioner was sanctioned Family Pension by the employer, Border Security Force (BSF, for short), on this account. After about 7 years, the petitioner's husband returned and apparently disputes have arisen between the petitioner and her husband.
The husband of the petitioner is not a party to the Writ Petition and no relief has been sought against him.
The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition to direct the BSF to release Family Pension to her and also unfreeze the Family Pension account.
The prayers are unacceptable and have to be rejected. The petitioner may have right to claim maintenance, etc. from her
husband. It is open to the petitioner to take recourse to legal remedies in this regard.
The Writ Petition, however, has no merit and is dismissed. SANJIV KHANNA, J ANIL KUMAR CHAWLA, J MAY 12, 2017/P
