% 27.01.2016 The present revision petition came to be listed consequent upon a communication dated 16.12.2015 received from the Principal Judge, Family Courts, North District, Rohini, Delhi.
Mr. Anoop Chopra, the revisionist as well as Ms. Ritu Chopra, the respondent no. 1 herein are present in Court today and do not oppose the request for grant of extension of time to dispose of MT No. 330/2014 pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Courts, North District, Rohini, Delhi. The court of competent jurisdiction is granted three months' more time to dispose of the above stated proceedings without granting any unwarranted adjournments to Mr. Anoop Chopra, the revisionist herein. The above direction has been issued after perusing the communication received from the concerned Family Court.
With the above said directions, the revision petition is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
Copy of this order be sent to the concerned Family Court expeditiously.
