The petitioners seek anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.332/2016 registered under Sections 308/34 IPC at PS Sagar Pur. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties including the counsel for the complainant and have examined the record. By an order dated 25.07.2016, the petitioners were granted interim protection and were directed to join the investigation as and when required. Undisputedly, the petitioners have joined the investigation since then.

The petitioners are close relatives of the victim. Victim's husband against whom there are serious allegations is in custody and his bail application has been dismissed as withdrawn today itself. BAIL APPLN. 1474/2016

The occurrence took place on 02.06.2016. The FIR was lodged after a delay of around forty days. Allegations against the petitioners and victim's husband are that they threw her from the third floor at about 05.15 a.m. because of a domestic quarrel. The victim has implicated all her relatives i.e. mother-in-law (Kamla Devi), Prem Devi (Chachiya Sas), sister-in-law (Rukma) and brother-in-law (Rahul) without specifying any overt act individually to them. 5.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are granted anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, they be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 40,000/- with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. They shall, however, join the investigation as and when required.

The bail application stands disposed of.
