% 28.07.2016 Learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2, on instructions, states that the respondent no.1 intends to advertise the post of Consultant (Psychosocial Care and Social Vulnerability) within one week. He also states that the petitioner meets the eligibility condition to that post. He states that the petitioner would be at liberty to apply to the said post. If an application is made by the petitioner, he shall be considered for appointment to that post.

In view of the statement made, learned counsel for the petitioner does

not press this petition.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Dasti.
