On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent no.1 has put in appearance. He has instructions in the matter. He states that without number of a property having been given the property cannot

be identified. He, however, states that the petitioner may assist the Department and after giving details of the property number action if required will be taken in accordance with law. This undertaking of the respondent is noted.

No further orders are called for in the petition. Petition disposed of.
