% 12.05.2015 Allegations against the petitioner are that he has impersonated himself as Abhinit Kumar and applied for issuance of a credit card from American Express Bank. He posed as an employee of M/s. Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited. Along with the application, petitioner submitted his forged I-card, election card, Income Tax PAN card etc. to procure the credit card. During the verification, it came to the notice of American Express Consumer Cards Branch that the said documents were not genuine, therefore, credit card was not issued.

Petitioner was apprehended.

Investigation is pending.

Petitioner is in judicial custody for more than 21⁄2 months. Keeping in mind totality of the circumstances, petitioner is admitted to

bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial court.
