% 09.10.2018 Learend counsel for the petitioner submits that no specific demand of dowry has been alleged in the petiton. Learned APP for the State, on instructions, submits that petitioner no.2 is not an accused in this case. As regard petitioner no.1 is concerned, learned APP submits that she has already furnished the bail bond which has been accepted.

In view of this, this petiton is disposed of as infructuous and is dismissed.
