% 27.07.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that illegal construction is permitted to be carried out at plot / H.No.A-5/6, Krishna Nagar, Delhi inspite of the fact that they are illegal and against the building bi-laws. The corporation / respondent no. 1 should be directed to take necessary action against the aforenoted illegal construction. On advance notice counsel for respondent no. 1 has appeared. Submission is that they received the copy of the complaint only on 21.07.2016. It is stated that inspection was carried out once but at that point of time no illegal construction is noted; inspection will again be carried out and necessary action shall be taken by respondent no. 1 in accordance with law.

No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
