W.P.(C) 3197/2017 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition. He, however, prays that the disciplinary inquiry proceedings may be expedited by the respondents. Learned counsel for the respondents puts in appearance on behalf of the respondents on advance notice. Learned counsel for the respondents states that respondents shall expedite the inquiry proceedings. It is hoped that the same shall be concluded within the next six months provided the petitioner also cooperates with the inquiry proceedings.
