% 15.03.2019 IA No. 3796/2019 This application is filed seeking a decree of compromise under Order 23 Rule 3 CPC. The parties have settled their dispute. The terms and conditions of the settlement are stated in the application. The application is filed by the plaintiffs and the sole defendant. Learned counsel for the parties have also signed the application. The application is supported by the affidavits of the authorised representative of the plaintiff and the defendant's Company. The terms and conditions of the settlement are legal and valid. The parties shall remain bound by the same.

The application is allowed.

CS(COMM) 271/2017 A decree is passed in terms of the settlement agreement.

The suit and all pending applications stands disposed of. As the matter has been settled by compromise, the plaintiffs shall be entitled to refund of 50% of the court fees under Section 16A of the Court Fees Act.

The date of 19.03.2019 stands cancelled.
