% 10.12.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Special Leave Petition, filed by the Directorate of Enforcement, has been dismissed by order dated 04.12.2018 and consequent thereto, possession of the property has been handed over in terms of the order dated 11.05.2018 in Crl.Rev.P.493/2017.

He submits that in view thereof the petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above submissions, the petition is disposed of as infructuous.
