O R D E R

% 19.08.2016 Petitioner seeks parole for a period of three months on the ground that she intends to file Special Leave Petition before the Supreme Court. Petitioner is facing life sentence. Appeal, filed by the petitioner, has been dismissed on 10th February, 2016.

It is submitted that petitioner will be staying at House No. 208, Gali No. 15, Gulab Vatika, Loni, Ghaziabad, U.P., during the parole period.

This address has been verified by the respondent. It is trite to say that every convict is entitled to avail all the legal remedies as may be available to him/her upto the highest forum. Petitioner was on bail during the trial, inasmuch as her sentence was also suspended during pendency of the appeal.

She has not misused the

concession of bail granted to her on the said occasions. Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, petition is allowed and petitioner is directed to be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of her release, subject to her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Superintendent Jail. During parole period, petitioner shall provide her mobile number to the Station House Officer, Police Station Seelampur and also report to the Station House Officer of the said Police Station once a week at 10:00 am.

On completion of parole period, petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail. Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J.
