% 21.01.2016 The affidavit of undertaking dated 11.12.2015 on behalf of the Petitioner has been filed. Thereafter affidavit of acceptance of undertaking dated 05.01.2016 on behalf of Respondent No.1 has been filed.

In view of the affidavit of acceptance of undertaking having been filed on behalf of Respondent No.1, the affidavit of undertaking filed on behalf of the Petitioner is hereby accepted. Nothing further is required to be done in this matter as the matter already stands disposed of vide order dated 19th November, 2015 of the Hon'ble Court.
