% 14.12.2016 On 22nd August, 2016 during the course of hearing, appellant and the respondent had settled the matter. Respondent had offered `1.5 lacs to the appellant towards full and final settlement qua the claim of the appellant involved in the cheque in question.

This offer was accepted by the appellant.

Learned counsel for the respondent has handed over a cheque for `1.5 lacs to the counsel for the appellant, which has been accepted subject to its realization. Accordingly, appeal is disposed of as not pressed. However, in case cheque is dishonoured, appellant would be at liberty to get the appeal

revived. Personal bond and surety bond, furnished by the respondent, are discharged.
