O R D E R

% 05.12.2016 Learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that during the investigation statements of the witnesses have been recorded. Suicide note was seized and has been sent to CFSL and its report is awaited. Call detail records of both, that is, deceased and his wife have also been analyzed. Mobile phones of deceased and his wife have been sent to RFSL, for extraction of the data. Viscera report has also been obtained. As per the viscera report, no toxic substance was found in the viscera. On receipt of CFSL report and report of RFSL, further steps would be taken for filing of the final report.

In view of this statement, present petition has not been pressed, at this stage and disposed of accordingly.
