% 15.03.2019 Impugned order of 7th December, 2016 puts petitioners on trial for the offences under Sections 323/451/506/34 of IPC in FIR No. 154/2015 registered at police station Chhawla, Delhi.

Learned counsel for petitioners informs that the case is coming before the trial court on 16th March, 2019 for defence evidence. Since the trial of this case has reached the fag end, therefore, this petition is disposed of as infructuous with liberty to petitioner to raise the pleas taken herein before the trial court at the stage of final arguments.
