It is seen that the present suit was moved on 03.08.2016 and summons were issued to the defendant. The matter was, thereafter, listed on 07.02.2017. Since, the service was not complete, fresh summons were directed to be issued and the matter was directed to listed before the Joint Registrar on 10.03.2017 for completion of service and pleadings.

On 10.03.2017, learned Joint Registrar noted that service could not be completed as the plaintiff had not filed the process fee. None appeared for the plaintiff on the first call and, accordingly, the matter was passed over. None appears for the plaintiff on the second call even.

It is apparent, that the plaintiff is not interested in pursuing the present suit. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
