% 18.02.2019 CM APPL. 7416/2019 in MAC.APP. 709/2016 Learned counsel for the claimants submits that the matter has already been disposed of vide judgment dated 21.08.2018. He further submits that that the claimants are facing financial hardship and require the compensation amount for fulfilment of basic needs.

In view of the submissions made by counsel for the claimants and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the prayer of the claimants is allowed. The awarded amount is stated to have been deposited with the State Bank of India, Rohini Courts Branch, Delhi. Accordingly, the Manger, State Bank of India, Rohini Courts Branch, Delhi is directed to release remaining 50% of the awarded amount into the savings bank account of the claimants as per the proportion mentioned in the Award, after due verification, as per rules.

With the aforesaid directions, the application is disposed of. Dasti.
