Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.378/2015 under Sections 323/324/354/498A1506/34 IPC, PS Uttam Nagar. It is stated that the matter has been settled amicably with the complainant / respondent No.2.

Complainant! respondent No.2 is present and has been identified by the counsel for the petitioners. I have enquired from the complainant if she has settled the dispute with the petitioners WP.(CRL)1479/2015 page lof2 By:AMULYA

amicably without any fear and pressure. She has informed that the dispute between the parties has been resolved amicably with her free consent and she has no objection to the quashing of the FIR in question.

The petition is supported by affidavits of the parties. The parties are related to each other. Since the dispute between the parties has been settled, no useful purpose will be served to keep the proceedings pending. In the interest ofjustice and to put an end to the litigation, FIRNo.378/2015 under Sections 323/324/354/498A/506/34 IPG at PS Uttam Nagar and all the proceedings arising therefrom are quashed.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
