% 22.08.2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking quashing of FIR No.215/2016 registered on the complaint of the complainant under Section 324 IPC against the petitioner.

The complainant is present in Court. He is identified by his counsel Mr. S.K. Mahla, Advocate.

The petitioner and the respondent No.2/ complainant are brothers. The parties have arrived at settlement with the intervention of family

members. The complainant states that he joins the prayer for quashing of the FIR in question.

Accordingly, no useful purpose would be served in proceeding further with the FIR in question and the proceedings arising therefrom. The same are hereby quashed.
