% 27.07.2016 Respondent no.2 is ex-wife of petitioner.

The present FIR No.1448/2014 under Sections 341/506 IPC was registered at Police Station Mehrauli. It may be noted that the another FIR No.335/2014 was registered on the complaint of respondent no.2 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC at police station Civil Lines.

In view of the settlement arrived at between petitioner and respondent no.2, the said FIR has already been quashed in W.P. (Crl.) 2120/2016, which has been disposed of vide order dated 25th July, 2016.

At the time of quashing of the said FIR, respondent no.2 was present in Court and she stated that she has no objection in case the present

FIR No.1448/2014 under Sections 341/506 IPC registered at Police Station Mehrauli is quashed. She is not present in Delhi and, in fact, leaving for United States of America tomorrow.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.2, the present FIR No.1448/2014 under Sections 341/506 IPC registered at Police Station Mehrauli is also quashed. Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. A.K. PATHAK, J.
