1. It is stated that the properties of the Respondent which are sought to be proceeded against for the purpose of enforcement of the Award are located in Bangalore, Karnataka. Since the award under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is itself a decree and straightaway enforceable as such, the question of transferring the decree does not arise. The Petitioner should file an enforcement petition directly in the City Civil Court, Bangalore, Karnataka within whose jurisdiction the properties against which enforcement is sought are stated to be located.

2. The petition and the pending application are disposed of in the above terms. Order be given dasti.
