O R D E R

% 07.09.2018 Petitioner and co-accused Rajiv Kumar are real brothers. As per the prosecution, co-accused Rajiv Kumar opened an account in Axis Bank and deposited a cheque for `6.10 lacs, purportedly issued by one Pradeep Kumar. After encashment of the said cheque petitioner withdrew the amount from the Bank on the basis of a cheque issued by his brother Rajiv Kumar. Pradeep Kumar was also having an account in the same bank. He made a complaint to the Bank that he had never issued the cheque no. 041059 dated 21.04.2015 in favour of Rajiv Kumar. He also alleged that the said cheque has been forged. Original cheque has already been recovered during the investigation.

Learned APP submits that custodial interrogation is required, inasmuch as, `6.10 lacs are to be recovered. Therefore, petitioner is not

entitled for anticipatory bail.

Keeping in mind the serious allegations, I am not inclined to extend benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Bail application is dismissed. A.K. PATHAK, J.
