W.P.(C) 6489/2016 Learned counsel for the respondent-AICTE submits that he has instructions that the Standing Complaint Committee (SCC) is willing to give further opportunity to the petitioner to represent its case before it. He submits that the representative of the petitioner may appear before the SCC on 08.08.2016 at 11.00 AM.
Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the W.P.(C) 6489/2016
petitioner would like to submit an additional representation alongwith documents within a period of 5 days from today. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the said request. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file an additional representation on or before close of office hours on 03.08.2016. The representative of the petitioner shall appear before SCC on 08.08.2016 at 11.00 AM. The SCC shall grant a hearing to the petitioner on the said date or on such other dates as the SCC may deem fit and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. It is clarified that in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision taken by the SCC, the petitioner would be at liberty to take such remedies as may be available in law.
Copy of the order be given dasti under the signature of the Court Master.
