2. For the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed. The date of final hearing of the writ petition is advanced. CM APPL 6274/2020 (for dismissal of petition) & W.P.(C) 7618/2018 3.The Court has heard the submissions on CM 6274/2020. the attention of the Court is drawn to the fact that the Petitioner has, during the pendency of the present petition, being compulsorily retired and he has also challenged the same order, in separate proceedings.

4. In that view of the matter, the writ petition itself has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the writ petition is
