Case file received from the Court of Sh. Vijay Shankar, Ld. Joint Registrar, who is stated to be on leave today Matter is fixed today for admission/denial of documents. In terms of previous directions, the defendant nos. 1, 2, 3, & 5 have filed one joint fresh affidavit, defendant no. 6 has filed separate fresh affidavit and defendant no. 7 has filed two separate fresh affidavits of admission/denial. It is submitted by learned counsel for plaintiff that the fresh affidavits filed by the defendants are not as per the directions given by Hon'ble Court vide order dated 27.08.2018 as certain documents have been denied again improperly. It is further pointed out that marking of admitted documents have already been conducted.

Learned counsel for plaintiff states that defendants have not Contd....2

-2filed the list of franchise as per directions dated 13.07.2018 of the Hon'ble Court though the plaintiff has filed the same. It is submitted by learned counsel for plaintiff that since certain documents have been denied improperly by the defendants even in their fresh affidavits, let the matter may be put up before the Hon'ble Court for further directions. Learned counsel for defendant no. 7 has no objection to the above request. Counsel for other defendants are not present.
