1. The present writ petition under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 06.09.2016 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal (Tribunal) in O.A. No.4111/2013. Vide the impugned order the OA preferred by the respondent was allowed by the learned Tribunal by relying on its earlier decision in O.A. No.3826/2013 titled Ms.Rajni Meena vs. DSSSB & Ors.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that taking into account that challenge to the decision in Rajni Meena (supra) has already been rejected by this Court by way of dismissal of W.P.(C)661/2017, she has instructions not to press the present petition. The same is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed.
