HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE SANGITA DHINGRA SEHGAL
O R D E R
% 26.10.2016 1.
Having heard the learned counsel for both the parties and having perused the material available on record, we do not find any justifiable reason to interfere with the order under appeal. 2.
As rightly held by the learned Single Judge the dispute raised by the writ petitioner/appellant herein is a contractual dispute, which cannot be resolved in a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 3.
The appeal is accordingly dismissed. However, this shall not preclude the appellant to avail the other remedies available under law for redressal of its grievance.
