After arguments, these appeals are disposed of as not pressed but as agreed appellants will vacate the suit premises on or before 31.7.2022. Appellants will however clear any and every charges payable towards electricity, water or even house tax for that matter. 3.
Let the appellants file the affidavits of undertaking in this Court in terms of the present order within two weeks, and on the appellants filing the affidavits of undertaking and complying with the terms of the same, appellants are granted time to vacate the suit premises on or before 31.7.2022.
