1. The report in respect of the publication in terms of the order dated 18th October 2016 is still awaited. Counsel for the Petitioner states that she has no instructions.

2. Considering that this is a petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and till date no interim relief has been granted, the Court is not inclined to keep this petition pending for this purpose.

3. It will be open to the Petitioner to seek interim relief in the arbitral proceedings as and when the arbitration commences.
