% 15.11.2016 By an order dated 24.10.2016, it was proposed to appoint Mr Mukul Talwar, Senior Advocate as the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. His appointment was deferred awaiting the necessary disclosure under Section 12 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over the statement of disclosure furnished by the proposed Arbitrator. There is no objection to this disclosure or to his appointment. Accordingly, Mr Mukul Talwar, Senior Advocate is appointed as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties.

The petition is disposed of.
