Since, admittedly, the aggregate value of the Award and the counter-claim is less than one crore in terms of Section 12(2) of the Commercial Courts, Commercial Division & Commercial Appellate Division of High Courts Act, 2015 , the petition requires to be transferred to the Court of the District Judge, Patiala House Court (New Delhi).
