O R D E R

% 09.10.2018 Learned counsels for the parties have arrived at a consensus that Justice Badar Durrez Ahmad (Former Chief Justice of Jammu & Kashmir High Court) be appointed as substitute Arbitrator for adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties and that were pending before the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) in Case No.DAC/897/0315. Accordingly, I appoint Justice Badar Durrez Ahmad, Retired Chief Justice of Jammu & Kashmir High Court (14, Friends Colony (West), Mathura Road, New Delhi-110065, Mob.7042205786) as a substitute Arbitrator for conducting the arbitration proceedings from the stage that they were before the earlier Arbitrator.

The substitute Arbitrator shall give his disclosure under Section 12 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before proceeding with the reference.

The arbitration proceedings shall continue under the aegis of the DIAC.
