% 03.08.2018 Mr. Kirtiman Singh, learned CGSC appearing for the respondent nos.4 to 6 states, even though the petition filed by the petitioner is not maintainable, as the petitioner in the writ petition being W.P.(C) 3863/2017 which was disposed of on May 3, 2017 has filed a contempt petition, still he has instructions to state a representative has been appointed to decide the representation dated April 27, 2017 of the petitioner therein. He also states that from the mandate of the appointment of the representative, an order has

to be passed on or before August 9, 2018. The said statement is taken on record.

In view of the submission of Mr. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

It goes without saying, if the petitioner is aggrieved by any order to be passed by the respondent nos. 4 to 6, liberty shall be with the petitioner to seek such remedy as available in law.
