Issue notice.

The learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 accepts notice.

The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:- "(i) Issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction to the Respondent No.l to repair the water pipeline passing nearby the house of the petitioner, which is leaking and causing damage to the house of the petitioner." 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent no.1 to inspect the water pipeline passing nearby the petitioner's house and carryout the necessary repairs.

In view of the averment that the pipeline passing nearby the petitioner's house is leaking and damaging the petitioner's house, this Court

considers it apposite to direct respondent no.1 to examine the said pipeline and if any repairs are necessary carry out the same as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of four weeks from today. 5.

No further orders are required to be passed in this petition. The same is disposed of.
