% 23.07.2018 Notice. Learned APP accepts notice for respondent no.1. Respondent no.2 is present in Court along with her counsel and accepts notice. Respondent no. 2 has been identified by SI Shailender of police station Gokal Puri. Respondent no. 2 submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, vide a Memorandum of Understanding/Compromise Deed dated 17th July, 2018 and has no objection in case FIR No. 1068/2014 under Sections 452/354/354-A/323/34 IPC registered at Police Station Gokal Puri

and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed against the petitioners. Affidavit of respondent no. 2 is on record at pages 16 to 17. She further submits that aforesaid FIR may be quashed. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the parties voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.

Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
